The bids have now been sent for technical evaluation which should take a couple months to complete. When that is done, the financial bids of the technically qualified bidders will be opened to reveal who’s the lowest bidder and most likely contractor for each package.
As shared in the past – looking at CA-186’s scope, it appears that this line’s depot will now come up at Vadavali instead of at Pisarve as originally planned.
Back in December 2022, SYSTRA MVA Consulting – DB Engineering & Consulting JV was awarded Line-10 and Line-12’s General Consultant contract. In March 2023, MMRDA received 6 bids for Line-12’s Detailed Design Consultant (DDC) contract. Technical bid evaluation is currently underway.
