MPMRCL’s estimate is unknown to me, so I can’t provide an assessment on the chance of a LOA getting issued to L&T.

This is the 4th and final track-related contract for Bhopal’s 27.87 km Phase 1 project. The previous 3 have been clubbed together with Indore Metro’s Phase 1.
