All 7 bids have now been sent for technical bid evaluation which can take a couple months to complete. When that is done, the financial bids of the technically qualified bidders will be opened to reveal who’s the lowest bidder and most likely supplier.

This telecom package is among the last few pending packages for Line-4 where all 5 civil packages are under construction with financial bids having been opened for major system contracts such as rolling stock and electrification. In fact I hear financial bids of 5 bidders for its E&M contract have also been opened. If someone has bid values, then leave a comment below or message me here.
