The bids have now been sent for technical bid evaluation which can take a couple months to complete. When that is done, the financial bids of the technically qualified bidders will be opened to reveal who’s the lowest bidder and most likely contractor.
So far only 1 systems contract for Line-4 has been awarded. That was to IRCON International for its end-to-end track work. Technical bids for the line’s 78 coach rolling stock re-tender are currently planned to be opened on Thursday, so stay tuned for its list of bidders!
