Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – Tender (Mumbai, Maharashtra)
Experience: 4+ years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
Key Responsibilities:
> Rate analysis, cost estimation & vendor coordination
> Tender preparation & quantity surveying
> Risk assessment & contract review for construction projects
Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – BD & Tender (Mumbai, Maharashtra)
Experience: 6+ years
Qualification: Any Graduate / B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
Key Responsibilities:
> Pre-bid meetings, client coordination & site visits
> Tender documentation & prequalification
> Managing EMD follow-ups & ensuring successful tender submission
Project Manager (Pune, Maharashtra)
Experience: 17+ years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Civil)
Key Responsibilities:
> Experience in residential & commercial building projects
> Expertise in project planning & execution
Officer / Executive – HR (Gonde, Maharashtra)
Experience: 7+ years
Qualification: MBA-HR / BBA / MSW / Ex-servicemen
> Relevant HR experience & ex-servicemen preferred
