Survey Deputy Manager Job Details
- Position: Deputy Manager – Survey
- Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
- Education: Diploma (Civil) / BE Civil / B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 10â12 years
- Salary Range: 60kâ70k (Negotiable)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys using total station, DGPS, and other survey equipment for building construction projects.
- Prepare detailed topographical maps and drawings from surveyed data.
- Ensure accurate measurements and record-keeping of site boundaries, contours, and features.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve survey errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain high attention to detail and adhere to quality control standards.
- Perform quantity calculations for construction work like cutting/filling, subgrade, GSH, WBM, concrete, and leveling.
- Prepare L-section and cross-section drawings.
- Check structure alignment and leveling of launching span.
- Utilize AutoCAD for drafting coordinates, calculations, area/volume, and diameter/radius.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in building projects including station buildings, hospitals, hostels, and related projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and design.
- Strong understanding of total station operation and data analysis.
- 10â12 years of experience in land or building survey work.
