Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Disciplines: Mechanical, Civil, Control & Instrumentation
- Experience: 3 to 15 years in the power sector
Open Departments & Job Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Management
- Procurement of rotary/static equipment, bulk materials, and logistics
- Vendor development, casting & forgings procurement
- Expediting and heavy-duty equipment ordering
- Manufacturing
- Shopfloor supervision for painting, coating, CNC, safety & quality
- SAP knowledge, Generator programming, TPM, TQM, KAIZEN preferred
- Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
- Implementation of safety measures at the site/manufacturing
- Training and compliance as per EHS standards
- Quality Management
- QA/QC implementation, inspection & testing
- NDT, UT, PT, MT, RT, welding, and 3rd party inspection
- Store Management
- Inventory control, GRN handling, and physical checking
- Dispatch, stock management, and monthly reporting
