- Role Summary: Responsible for quantity estimation, rate analysis, cost control, and verification of quantities for execution and billing

- Conduct rate analysis and support procurement

- Maintain updated BOQ and track variations

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5–12 years of experience as QS in large road infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and billing software

- Exposure to SAP or equivalent ERP platforms preferred

- Role Summary: Responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process for road projects in EPC and HAM modes, including tender evaluation, documentation, and submission
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new tender opportunities in highways and expressways
- Prepare pre-bid queries and coordinate clarifications
- Develop technical and commercial proposals per RFP/RFQ requirements
- Coordinate with design, estimation, legal, and finance teams
- Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete compliance
- Support negotiations and contract finalisation
- Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or MBA (preferred)
- 8–15 years of experience in bidding/tendering for NHAI/state highway projects
- Strong knowledge of EPC & HAM tender processes and documentation
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
