- Assistant Manager: 8–9 years, B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Experience in 33/11 KV S/S
- Store Manager / In-Charge: 6 years, Any Graduate, RE project store handling
- Accounts Manager / Sr. Accountant: 6 years, B.Com and above, RE/Distribution project handling, site cash
Engineering and Technical Roles
- Senior Engineer, Civil (Execution): 7–8 years, B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Site execution experience
- Civil Engineer: 6–8 years, B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Site execution experience
- Senior Engineer, Electrical (Execution): 7–8 years, B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, 33/11 KV S/S or RE project experience

- AutoCAD: 4 years, Any Graduate, AutoCAD proficiency required

- GET – Electrical: Fresher, B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Execution in RE projects
- GET – Civil: Fresher, B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Site execution
