1. AVP / VP Project Execution
No of Locations: Baroda, Bangalore & Delhi NCR
Eligibility:-BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 22-24 years minimum, with the last 8 years leading high-rise building projects as Project Heads at the senior GM/ AVP Level.
Qualifications: Outstanding verbal communication skills.
2. GM / Sr GM Project Execution
Location: Baroda, Bangalore, Delhi NCREligibility Analysis
Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering
Age: 45 years experience: Minimum of 10 years and out of which at least,5 years as Project Head for high-rise buildings Present engagement: GM(Appropriate level)
Skills needed: Good leadership skills, great at communication.
3. DGM / GM Planning
Location: Delhi NCR
Education: BE/B.Tech ( Civil Engineering )
Experience: 16-18 yrs in high-rise project planning & above AGM/DGM
Special Skills- Complete knowledge of Primavera, MS Projects and Auto CAD
Essentials: Excellent communication skills.
4. AGM / DGM Legal & Compliances
Location: Bangalore
Qualifications: LLB / LLM
Experience: 13-16 years, including a minimum of 5 (five) leading organisation legal teams in the construction/ real estate/infrastructure landscape.
Prerequisites: You should be an expert in law and compliance related to construction, such as understanding how contracts are written and interpreted.
